Abs, Butt, and HIIT-- Oh My!

Intensity of the entire workout: 4 out of 5 (5 being pretty intense).

For abs:
3 sets of 15 reps

  • Squat and Reach
  • Push-up Rotation
  • V-Sits
  • Bicycle Crunch
  • Reverse Crunch
For butt:
3 sets of 15 reps
  • Roundhouse
  • Tree Arabesque
  • Slide Sculptor
  • Demi Plie
  • Deep squat
HIIT:
5 rounds
  • 20 seconds of high knees
  • 20 seconds of squats
  • 20 seconds of basic burpees
