For abs:
3 sets of 15 reps
- Squat and Reach
- Push-up Rotation
- V-Sits
- Bicycle Crunch
- Reverse Crunch
For butt:
3 sets of 15 reps
- Roundhouse
- Tree Arabesque
- Slide Sculptor
- Demi Plie
- Deep squat
HIIT:
5 rounds
- 20 seconds of high knees
- 20 seconds of squats
- 20 seconds of basic burpees
