So here's the deal... I have noodle arms. However, I'm hoping with time that that will change. I'm already starting to see a difference (maybe I'm delusional or overly optimistic) and I believe that by eating right, exercising consistently and lifting weights (I'm a beginner, so I'm using 8 lb weights— you're welcome to tease), I'll get there.
